Time for The Birdhouses!

Fall and Winter are the BEST  times to hang up birdhouses.Why?Birds can sleep in the birdhouses in the winter,and also if gives the birds time to get used to the house before a bird would go nesting in the House.

How do I put the Birdhouse up?You can Hang up a Bird house by nailing it to a tree,hanging it by wire or string from a branch,or mounting it on a pole.

How High of the ground Should I have the birdhouse?5 1/2 Feet - 6 feet is the best range for more birds,but for woodpeckers and owls more like 25 - 30 feet of the ground.For ducks you may want to mount the duck house on a pole in the middle of a pond and have it about 5 - 6 feet of the water.
